Our Story
Built on Trust, Delivered with Craft
ESOTICO was founded with one simple belief — that every surface deserves to be done right. From a single waterproofing job in Hyderabad to a full-service company trusted by homeowners and builders alike, we've grown by keeping that belief at the centre of everything we do.

Our Story
How We Started
ESOTICO began as a small waterproofing outfit in Hyderabad, run by a team of tradespeople who were frustrated by the gap between what clients were promised and what they actually received. Too many buildings were suffering from leaks, poor tile work, and contractors who disappeared after the job.
We set out to do things differently — showing up on time, using quality materials, and standing behind our work long after the final coat dried. Word spread quickly, and what started as a handful of residential jobs grew into a full-service company handling waterproofing, tiling, and complete turnkey renovations.
Today, ESOTICO serves homeowners, housing societies, commercial developers, and builders across Hyderabad and Telangana. Our team has grown, but our approach hasn't changed: honest advice, skilled hands, and results you can see and feel.
What We Stand For
Our Values
Quality Without Compromise
We use only proven materials and tested application methods. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave our hands.
Honest Advice
We'll tell you what you actually need — not what costs the most. Our reputation is built on referrals, and referrals come from trust.
On-Time Delivery
We respect your time and your schedule. Every project gets a clear timeline and we stick to it.
Skilled Craftsmanship
Our team are trained specialists, not generalists. Waterproofing, tiling, and finishing are all we do — and we do them well.
Responsible Practices
We choose materials that are safe for your family and the environment, without cutting corners on performance.
Long-Term Relationships
Many of our clients come back for every new project. We're proud of that, and we work hard to keep earning it.
